Human Resources Specialist (Military)

DutiesParticipates in the development and administration of staff projects in various military HR program areas.Oversees the implementation and execution of military personnel policies and programs to ensure proper level of services.Provides guidance and customer service support to subordinate commands on all areas of military HR management and regulations, policies and procedures.Serves as a technical expert managing and overseeing several military personnel action programs for the command.Ensures all personnel actions are reviewed for accuracy and regulatory compliance.Prepares necessary supporting documentation for decision makers to include decision papers and other forms of correspondence.Prepares reports and presents briefings to inform management of the results for use in the decision-making process or for in-progress status information.Prepares recommendations for guidance and procedures and coordinates implementation of such guidance.
