Estate Planning & Real Estate Attorney

Overview Well-established high-volume estate planning and real estate law firm (sole practitioner) seeks attorney with approximately 2-4 years experience in the fields of estate planning and real estate. The office was established in 1947 by my father and has been highly active ever since. For the last 35 years I have always had one or two attorneys working with me, and for the last several years I have been working alone with the help of three assistants, all of whom have been with me for over 25 years. Working here is a family environment but extremely high-volume and requires in-office dedication. At 70, I have no interest in retiring, but the position offers the possibility of succession for a capable candidate who assimilates into the practice and develops relationships with our clientele. Responsibilities Choreographing, drafting, and ultimately administrating estate planning matters (approximately 75% of the practice). Handling real estate matters as required. Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in estate planning and real estate law. Sharp, quick learner willing to broaden knowledge. Compensation and Benefits Salary in excess of $100,000, predominantly determined by applicant expertise. Medical insurance available.
