Open Date: 6/24/2024 Division: Hotel Millwright Category: Room Department Position: Night Auditor Responsibilities Enter the workplace at the scheduled time in uniform and be ready to begin work; properly clock in. Ensure the prescribed amount of cash is on hand by counting and recording the count. Ensure that pool and other doors have been locked according to company policy; if they have not, lock them. Ensure telephone service meets company standards: answer within three rings, use the proper script, transfer calls appropriately, perform wake-up calls, take messages politely, and never give out a room number. Properly check in and check out guests. Properly handle reservations. Ensure that property management computer procedures are correctly implemented. Properly answer guest questions for directions or other needs. Assist with cleanliness of the lobby. Assist in guest satisfaction. Run nightly audit daily by entering data appropriately into Encompass. Process credit cards nightly. Ensure that all wake-up calls are set in the phone system. Check and approve all stay-online charges. Ensure that doors are unlocked at the appropriate time. Perform any other duties as requested by supervisor(s).
