Job Summary:

Provide specialized assessment, treatment, and intervention services for patients experiencing speech, language, voice, fluency, and cognitive disorders. Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive, evidence-based care that enhances communication and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Conduct thorough evaluations to diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
  
  
• 
  Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
  
  
• 
  Monitor progress and adjust therapy strategies to optimize outcomes.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and their families regarding communication strategies and therapeutic exercises.
  
  
• 
  Adhere to all relevant regulations and facility policies ensuring patient privacy and safety.
  
  
• 
  Supervise and collaborate with clinical assistants, aides, and student interns.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid CA State License as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  
  
• 
  At least 2 years of experience providing speech-language pathology services.
  
  
• 
  Certification from recognized organizations such as ASHA.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrated ability to assess and treat a wide range of communication disorders.
  
  
• 
  Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  
  
• 
  Ability to comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
