RN Supervisor – $90,000–$97,000/yr | Evening or Night Shift | Skilled Nursing Facility | NY

Full-Time | Evening or Night Shift | Supportive Team | Excellent Benefits

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our leadership team in a skilled nursing facility. This is a great opportunity to step into a key leadership role, supporting nursing staff while ensuring high-quality patient care in a collaborative and well-supported environment.

Your Role:

Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) with daily operations
Supervise nursing staff to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and care standards
Conduct daily rounds to monitor performance and quality of care
Support staff adherence to job responsibilities and clinical best practices
Participate in state surveys and inspections as needed
Ensure all care is delivered in accordance with state, federal, and facility regulations

Qualifications:

Active New York RN License
Minimum 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing or nursing home setting
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
