You’ll also be a culture carrier—sharing know-how, solving problems, and upholding the Regal Rexnord Values.You WillSet up, adjust, and operate CNC and manual grinders for O/D, I/D, boring, and facing operations on precision mechanical components.Translate blueprints, process sheets, tooling instructions, and standard charts into correct setups; record key data in the ERP system.Confidently set up and run at least two machines in the department (CNC/Manual, ID/OD, Centerless, Face) to meet schedule and quality targets.Confirm part conformity using gauges and related measuring devices; set and verify preset gauges for proper calibration.Own your quality and throughput; complete required documentation and periodically inspect work produced by other operators.Calculate dimensions, speeds, feeds, and cycle times; operate multiple machines; use hand tools and manual machines as needed.Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe; perform other related duties as assigned.What Success Looks LikeIn 30 days: You’re independently setting up two machine types and accurately entering ERP data.In 60 days: Your first-pass yield is on target, and peers seek your help with gauge setup.In 90 days: You’re flexing to multiple machines and assisting with inspections across the cell.What You Need2+ years of precision grinding setup and operation experience.High school diploma or equivalent experience.Solid basic math skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions in English.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the full shift; moderate physical effort for tooling changes and adjustments.Shifts, Pay, and Perks2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 pm–10:00 pm3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 pm–6:00 amHourly pay based on experience/skills: $23.00–$33.00Matching 401(k) contributionMedical, Dental, VisionShort-Term & Long-Term DisabilityAD&D InsuranceFSAs (Medical & Dependent Care) & HSAsCritical Illness & Accident Insurance, Life Insurance, and EAPEducational ReimbursementLegal Eligibility“Restrictions imposed by federal export control laws may limit this job opportunity to candidates who are a ‘U.S. Person’, which includes U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, U.S. permanent residents, individuals granted asylum in the United States, and refugees in the United States, or who otherwise can qualify for a license that permits them to hold the position.”Take Off With UsIf you’re mechanically inclined and want a career path—not just a paycheck—apply today and help us build what flies. #J-18808-Ljbffr
