Job Title CPCS 360 Excavator Operative x 2 – Plymouth – £20.66 PAYE Overview VGC Group are seeking 2 experienced Excavator Operators (CPCS) to join a team stabilising ground on a major infrastructure project in Devonport, Plymouth. The contract is available to start as soon as possible subject to BPSS Vetting. Contract Details Role: CPCS 360 above & below 10 tonne Location: Plymouth Salary: £20.66 per hour; 1.33× rate after 10 hours daily; 1.5× rate on weekends Hours: 10-hour shifts Contract type: Full time Duration: Initial 4 months with potential 18-month extension Benefits: 31 days holiday per year, training and upskilling provided if relevant to role, pension contributions after 12 weeks service Experience required: 3+ years Qualifications CPCS 360 Above & Below 10 Tonne Civil experience working with various attachments such as grab, forks, breaker & variety of buckets EEO Statement The VGC Group is committed to the principles of equality, diversity and inclusion in recruitment, employment, work, training, project management and service provision.
