We are people centric and place emphasis on employee experience, career growth and development.About the RoleThe Service Delivery Coordinator plays a critical role in delivering an excellent customer experience. This position serves as a central point of coordination between Customer Service and Field Operations, ensuring daily work orders are accurately routed, schedules are optimized, and service commitments are met.You will manage real time routing updates, support field technicians, handle customer inquiries related to service delivery, and proactively resolve issues to ensure a smooth and positive experience for our customers.This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and effective in a fast moving environment.Responsibilities:Coordinate and route daily work orders accurately by market and technician availabilityServe as a primary point of contact for Customer Service teams and Field TechniciansUpdate routing, schedules, and work order details in real time as conditions changeAnswer inbound customer calls, emails, and chats related to service delivery and schedulingTroubleshoot and resolve service issues with customers and/or field staff, escalating when necessaryManage customer expectations regarding appointment windows and service timelinesMaintain accurate records of customer interactions, work orders, and issue resolutionEnsure compliance with company communication standards, procedures, and policiesParticipate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and performanceExperience:High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferredPrior experience in customer service, dispatch, routing, or service coordinationStrong phone and communication skills with active listening abilityAbility to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyProven problem solving skills and sound judgmentAbility to remain calm and focused in high pressure situationsCustomer focused mindset with a commitment to service excellenceAdditional Skills:Experience working in fast paced or operational environmentsStrong analytical thinking and attention to detailBilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plusWe offer competitive pay, comprehensive health benefits, 401(k) with company match, and a supportive work environment where innovation and teamwork thrive.
