Warehouse Associate - Direct Hire Location: Bellefonte, PA Pay rate: $18.50 to $19/hour Shift times: Various shifts including days, nights, weekends Benefits Medical and dental coverage. Operate handheld scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory, move products safely, and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Key Responsibilities Pick, pack, sort, stow, and stage products for shipment Use handheld scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory and orders Move products safely around the facility and operate equipment in a secure manner Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to safety protocols Meet productivity and quality goals Key Requirements Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodation) Comfort working in a warehouse environment with noise and varying temperatures Reliable attendance and dependable transportation Preferred Qualifications Experience in warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, production, or general labor.
