Qualifications & Experience:

• Current School Psychologist licensure for the state of Ohio is required
• Background working with junior high or adolescent populations strongly preferred
• Knowledge of state and district education guidelines and compliance
• Ability to conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop intervention strategies, and provide counseling services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with staff, students, and families
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation

Responsibilities:

• Deliver psychological assessments, interpret testing results, and participate in student eligibility meetings
• Work closely with educators, administrators, and families to create supportive learning environments
• Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development through individual or group interventions
• Develop and implement behavior management and crisis intervention strategies as needed
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
• Serve as an active participant in multi-disciplinary teams focused on student support and success
