Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity. Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible orthopedic hand surgeon. Fellowship‑trained candidate or minimum of five years of dedicated experience in this field. What You’ll Do Join a well‑established orthopedic team that excels in Sports Medicine, Shoulder Surgery, Hand Surgery, Foot and Ankle Surgery, Total Joint Replacement, and Arthroscopic Joint Preservation Surgery. Plus, we have a non‑surgical sports medicine physiatrist on‑site for holistic care. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including 5 orthopedic surgeons, a physiatrist, and 5 advanced practice providers (APPs), in our newly expanded, state‑of‑the‑art facility. Share in a general orthopedic call schedule, currently at 1:5, contributing to a collaborative on‑call system. Participate in professional development and mentoring opportunities. Location 4 West Street, Northampton, MA (Northampton is located in the scenic Pioneer Valley of Western Massachusetts). Distance to major urban centers: Boston 100 miles; Hartford 45 miles; New York City 150 miles. Schedule 40 scheduled weekly hours. Employment Type Regular. Work Shift Day (United States of America).
