Registered Nurse Supervisor

Liberty Health is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead clinical care within our behavioral health and human services programs. In this role, you will supervise nursing staff, coordinate patient care, and ensure high-quality, person-centered services. Responsibilities include staffing oversight, clinical mentoring, care planning, medication administration oversight, and regulatory compliance. You’ll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, support evidence-based practice, and help drive quality improvement initiatives that positively impact community health outcomes across diverse populations. Responsibilities Supervise and schedule nursing staff in behavioral health and human services programs Oversee delivery of person-centered, evidence-based nursing care Coordinate and monitor care plans across interdisciplinary teams Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards Provide clinical guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to nurses Monitor medication administration processes and safety practices Lead quality improvement and patient safety initiatives Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and case managers on complex cases Support orientation and ongoing training for nursing staff Participate in audits, reporting, and policy implementation Nursing supervision Behavioral health nursing Care coordination Clinical documentation Regulatory compliance Quality improvement Medication administration oversight Interdisciplinary collaboration Risk assessment and management Electronic health records (EHR) Qualifications & Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice BLS/CPR certification ACLS certification preferred Supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred Experience in behavioral health, corrections, or human services a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Reporter Newspapers
