Facilities ManagerGoEngineer is a leading provider of engineering software, 3D printing, and digital manufacturing solutions that help companies design better products, faster.We're looking for a Facilities Manager to lead facility operations across our office locations, with a primary office location in Salt Lake City, Utah. This role oversees a small facilities team, partners with office leads and vendors, and drives the processes, systems, and standards that keep our workplaces operating safely and efficiently.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building structure, improving operations, and leading through coordination, delegation, and accountability. The ideal candidate will help strengthen and standardize our facilities function while enhancing the employee experience across multiple locations.Your key contributions in this role will be:Lead facilities operations across multiple office locations.Manage and support a facilities team through clear expectations, accountability, and effective delegation.Partner with office leads to address facility needs, workplace concerns, and office improvements.Oversee maintenance, repairs, workplace safety, furniture, utilities, and building services.Develop and implement scalable processes, SOPs, and documentation that improve operational efficiency.Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, landlords, and commercial real estate partners.Coordinate office relocations, consolidations, renovations, and workspace projects.Maintain facility records, certifications, lease information, and emergency documentation.Monitor facility-related spending, budgets, and cost-saving opportunities.Support physical security initiatives, including access control, key management, and workplace safety procedures.We are looking for candidates with the below experience and skills, however, even if you do not meet all the listed requirements, very interested candidates should still apply:Experience managing facilities, workplace operations, property operations, or a related function.Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to delegate, prioritize, and drive accountability.Experience developing processes, SOPs, and operational improvements.Experience managing vendors, contractors, and external service providers.Strong project management, organization, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities across geographically dispersed locations.Experience with budgeting, expense tracking, and cost management.Experience supporting office relocations, renovations, or facility improvement projects preferred.Experience working with property managers, commercial real estate partners, or lease administration is a plus.Real estate experience or licensure is helpful but not required.This Role Is a Great Fit for You If:You enjoy building processes and creating structure where it does not yet exist.You see leadership as empowering others rather than doing everything yourself.You are skilled at coordinating people, vendors, projects, and competing priorities.You enjoy improving efficiency and building scalable solutions.You are comfortable leading change and driving operational improvements across multiple locations.This Role Is Not a Great Fit for You If:You prefer personally handling every facilities task rather than leading a team.You struggle with delegation or accountability.You dislike creating processes, documentation, and standard operating procedures.You prefer managing a single location rather than supporting multiple offices.You are uncomfortable balancing operational issues, projects, vendors, and changing priorities.More about what GoEngineer offers:At GoEngineer, we understand that our value comes from our employees, and we celebrate and respect their unique experiences.
