Responsibilities Develop and implement creative and developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities that foster learning, curiosity, and exploration among preschool‑aged children. Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom atmosphere where preschoolers feel safe, valued, and encouraged to express themselves and learn through play. Integrate language‑rich activities, storytelling, and early literacy experiences into daily routines to help preschoolers develop communication skills, vocabulary, and a love of reading. Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the classroom environment, including materials, equipment, and play areas, to support optimal learning and exploration. Establish open and ongoing communication with parents, sharing insights, updates, and progress on their child's development. Qualifications Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the behavioral and developmental stages of children and knowledge of childcare licensing requirements.
