Provider Data Management Manager

Responsible for end-to-end oversight and operational performance, the full-time remote Provider Data Management Manager will lead multiple teams in provider enrollment, data management, and auditing processes while ensuring compliance and data accuracy. Key responsibilities Manage and develop staff across Provider Enrollment, Auditing, and Provider Data Management teams Oversee the entire Provider Enrollment lifecycle, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and operational goals for provider data management functions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience 4+ years of experience in contracting, provider data management, or data analytics Preferred supervisory or leadership experience
