2nd Shift Process Technician - Plastic Manufacturing

Pay: $19/hr
Location: Mesa, AZ
Shift: 2nd Shift | 12 :00 PM - 10:30 PM Mon-Thurs

A well-established plastic manufacturing facility in Mesa is hiring a 2nd Shift Process Technician to support production operations, maintain equipment functionality, and ensure safe, high-quality output. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong mechanical awareness, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

As a Process Technician, you will:

• Monitor and maintain production processes to ensure consistent quality and output
• Troubleshoot equipment/process issues and make adjustments as needed
• Identify and report problems related to equipment, work orders, materials, or production flow
• Recommend process improvements to reduce downtime and improve efficiency
• Perform quality checks and verify product standards (including color consistency)
• Support safe operations and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Operate material handling equipment as needed (forklift/pallet jack/overhead crane)

What We're Looking For

Qualified candidates should have:

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and ability to distinguish color differences
• Experience operating:
  • Forklift
  • Pallet jack
  • Overhead crane
• Manufacturing experience preferred (plastic manufacturing a plus)
• Quality Control, light industrial, assembly experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently, make good decisions, and follow safety guidelines
