Travel CT Technologist - CT Scan

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a short term acute care facility, requiring 1+ years of CT experience and ARRT CT/R certification, with weekend and holiday commitments. Requirements Minimum of 1 year of CT experience required ARRT CT and ARRT R certifications required BLS certification required Epic EMR experience required Compact state license required if applicable Community hospital experience preferred Experience with contrast media preparation and administration Experience starting peripheral IVs Isolation precautions and PPE knowledge required Age-specific competency required across neonate through older adult populations 2 professional references covering 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required Responsibilities Short term acute care facility with 109 staff beds Adult acute care and outpatient work settings Night shift, 4x10 hours, 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM Weekend shifts required Saturday and Sunday 8:30 PM to 7:00 AM Block schedule required 1:1 patient ratio No floating between units and no on-call required Uses GE, Philips, Siemens, and Toshiba equipment with PACS Epic charting system required Procedures include abdomen, pelvis, chest, head and neck, spine, and musculoskeletal imaging with and without contrast Must commit to working 3 of the 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day) All RTO and specific scheduling requests must be submitted upfront, as post-offer requests may not be granted Travelers may be expected to float between sister facilities Scrubs of any color accepted, with specific scrubs provided for OR, Critical Care, ED, and Maternal Child units Candidates accepted at a lower bill rate within a 50 mile radius of the facility Former permanent staff may return as travelers after a 3 month waiting period, provided they live outside a 50 mile radius First-time travelers will be considered for this position Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts #J-18808-Ljbffr American Traveler
