Position: Med-Surg RN (Sign on & Relo Available)

Location: Palatka, Florida

Shift Timings:

• Days (Rotating Weekends): 7am-7pm
• Nights (Rotating Weekends): 7pm-7am

Job Summary:

As a Registered Nurse where as you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a 99-bed acute care facility. You will collaborate with medical providers and the care team to deliver comprehensive, compassionate care based on nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage."

Roles and Responsibilities:

Your role will include monitoring patient conditions, with unit capacity: Med/Surg West (24 beds), Med/Surg East (28 beds) administering prescribed medications, performing procedures, and educating patients and families. You will advocate for patients and their caregivers while ensuring positive clinical outcomes and outstanding patient experiences.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1 year of Acute Care RN experience required
• Education: Associate Degree in Nursing
• Licensure: Registered Nurse
• Certifications: Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) within 30 days of employment start date
