Pay Rate: $17.00 $19.00 / hour Temp to Hire
Schedule: Full-Time, regular day shift (7:00 AM 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM 5:00 PM)
Certification: Current Forklift Certification required.
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Warehouse Associate to support daily facility operations. You will handle inventory management, material handling, shipping and receiving, and general shop maintenance to keep our warehouse running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Shipping & Receiving: Assist with unloading incoming freight, inspecting deliveries, loading outbound orders, and staging materials.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pull parts, tools, and supplies required for scheduled jobs and customer orders.
- Material Handling: Safely operate a forklift to move materials, pallets, and stock throughout the warehouse.
- Facility Maintenance: Help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe by performing routine housekeeping duties.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 23 years of prior warehouse, inventory, or material handling experience required.
- Certification: Current Forklift Certification required.
- Stand and Sit Forklift Experience required
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift, pull, and carry heavy items, climb ladders, and remain on your feet throughout the shift.
