If you're ready to take on a vital role in the precast concrete production process, we want to hear from you.About the Role:The Steel Team Member is responsible for the fabrication of embeds, which are essential to the structural integrity and reinforcement of precast concrete pieces.Key Responsibilities:Weld rebar and studs to steel platesWeld Plates and Angles to Concrete PanelsCut and bend Rebar for Production of PanelsCut and bend mesh for Production of PanelsCut Steel and Rebar with Band Saw, Torches, Cut-off wheels.Punch Holes and Slots in Plates with Press.Drill Holes in Plates or SteelConduct various repairs or new features to machines, tanks, or the shops on premises.Locate materials needed and utilize forklift to bring materials to the welding area.Qualifications:1+ years of working in the construction fieldWelding CertificationBasic Math, ability to read a tape measureAbility to read and follow detailed instructions or blueprints.Comfort working in outdoor environments year-round.Strong teamwork and communication skills.Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.What “ROCKS” about ICP?Starting Pay: $25-30per hourYear-Round workWeekly payOvertime available weekly (Monday-Friday work week)Stay Local, be home every night with your familyHealth, Dental, and Vision InsuranceSteel Toe Boot and Safety Glasses Reimbursement ProgramSafety Incentives and Milestone Recognition for your achievementsFun, team-focused Company EventsAdvancement and leadership opportunities in a growing companyPaid time-offWilling to trainEmployee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) opportunities.Check out some of our projects at internationalconcrete.comBuild your future in concrete.
