Corporate Planning/Marketing Associate - Japanese Bilingual

A global company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to support the coordination and administration of multinational insurance programs.


This role is ideal for candidates with a background in accounting, finance, business analysis, or a related field who enjoy working with data, coordinating across global stakeholders, and improving operational processes.


Insurance industry experience is welcome but not required.

• Support the administration and coordination of multinational insurance programs
• Analyze operational, financial, and business data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Prepare management reports, presentations, and business analyses using Excel and PowerPoint
• Coordinate with Head Office, overseas affiliates, and external business partners
• Monitor and maintain country-specific regulatory and operational information
• Support the management of global program systems, user access, and operational processes
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality
• Provide project coordination and administrative support for senior business leaders
• Assist with meetings, events, and stakeholder communications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and summarize complex data
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong PowerPoint skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Business-level proficiency in English and Japanese preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment
• Insurance industry experience is preferred but not required
