This is a full-time, on-site role for a Security Installation Helper located in Greensboro, NC. The Security Installation Helper will assist with installing, maintaining, and repairing security systems, including surveillance cameras, access control systems, and alarm systems. The role involves working under the guidance of a lead technician, handling equipment, and ensuring installations meet safety and quality standards. The position may also require collaboration with clients to understand their security needs and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of security systems and components, including alarm systems, surveillance cameras, and access controls

• Familiarity with tools and equipment used in system installation, maintenance, and repair

• Strong communication and teamwork skills to assist lead technicians and interact with clients professionally

• Basic understanding of safety protocols and willingness to adhere to them during installations and repairs

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or vocational training in electronics or a related field is a plus

• 1-3 years in electrical rough-in

• Ability to lift and carry equipment, work at heights greater than 30 ft, work off a ladder and structural platforms, and perform tasks that require manual dexterity

• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for traveling to job sites
