Our services include armed and unarmed security, CCTV surveillance, access control, intrusion alarms, security consulting, and customized protection programs. As we continue expanding throughout Louisiana, we are looking for a motivated Client Sales Executive to join our Lafayette office and help grow our presence throughout the region. Position Summary The Client Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business, developing strong client relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts. This is a sales-focused position for someone who is comfortable creating their own opportunities. The successful candidate will prospect, network, conduct site visits, prepare proposals, close business, and remain involved in the client relationship after the sale. Security industry experience is helpful, but it is not required. We are more interested in finding someone with a proven ability to build relationships, stay organized, follow through, and consistently develop new business. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities throughout Lafayette and the surrounding Louisiana market. Develop relationships with decision-makers in commercial real estate, manufacturing, construction, healthcare, education, retail, hospitality, and other industries. Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, local events, and in-person prospecting. Conduct discovery meetings and site visits to understand each client’s security concerns, operational needs, and budget. Recommend appropriate guard services, electronic security systems, or combined security solutions. Coordinate internally to develop accurate pricing, proposals, scopes of work, and service agreements. Manage opportunities from initial contact through contract execution and operational handoff. Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, opportunities, proposals, and next steps in HubSpot. Build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline that supports monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals. Maintain regular communication with assigned clients to identify service concerns, renewal risks, and expansion opportunities. Work closely with Operations, Compliance, Finance, and company leadership to ensure new accounts are properly launched and supported. Participate in local business organizations, networking events, and community activities that create new relationships and opportunities. Meet established expectations for prospecting activity, pipeline development, closed revenue, and account growth. What We Are Looking For Previous success in outside sales, business development, account management, or another relationship-driven position. A self-starter who is comfortable building a pipeline instead of waiting for leads to be provided. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Consistent follow-through and the ability to manage multiple opportunities at different stages. Confidence speaking with business owners, facility managers, executives, and procurement professionals. Ability to understand a client’s needs and recommend a practical solution instead of relying on a scripted sales pitch. Experience using a CRM system, preferably HubSpot. Familiarity with the Lafayette and South Louisiana business community is strongly preferred. Security, staffing, technology, construction, property management, or B2B service sales experience is a plus. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for meetings, networking events, and site visits. Ability to meet applicable background and licensing requirements.
