Director of Platform Engineering

Seeking a hands-on Director of Platform Engineering, this full-time remote position will lead cloud infrastructure and corporate IT initiatives, driving scalability and reliability for a data-focused healthcare SaaS platform while actively contributing to infrastructure solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead cloud infrastructure and corporate IT operations, collaborating with security, engineering, data, and customer success teams Architect and implement scalable, reliable, and secure cloud solutions for the data platform and services ecosystem Write infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and promote best practices for automation and configuration management Required Qualifications: 8+ years of experience leading cloud infrastructure and IT operations in a SaaS and/or data product environment 5+ years of experience building SaaS/data product infrastructure in Azure preferred 3+ years of experience in early-stage startups, comfortable with ambiguity and risk Strong hands-on expertise with infrastructure-as-code tools, preferably Terraform Demonstrated success in mentoring and developing technical team members
