You answer phone calls, assess customer support needs, and schedule leads based on those needs. Using your knowledge of company services and service offerings, you make sure that you provide the appropriate solutions to our clients. You schedule and coordinate service calls, perform administrative support, and assist in client retention as needed. You feel good about using your customer service and dispatch skills to help our customers get the timely help they need!QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CSR / DISPATCHERExcellent spelling and grammarBasic typing and computer skillsFamiliarity with Microsoft Word and Excel and a willingness to learn new systemsAre you self-motivated?
