Position Title: Branch Banking Client Consultant I Location: Waterford, MI 48327 Job Summary The Branch Banking Client Consultant I delivers front‑line client service and transactional support by welcoming clients, identifying their needs, and performing teller functions and financial transactions accurately, efficiently, and friendly. The role supports branch success by maintaining operational accuracy and risk standards, contributing to sales performance through client introductions and education, and ensuring a positive, trusted branch experience. Job Responsibilities Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in financial performance and primary client acquisition by delivering client introductions to the appropriate team members. Provide a positive client experience by assisting with account questions, problems, and complaints, and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner. Deliver client engagement and education to meet behavioral activity goals defined by Retail Leadership. Execute daily financial transactions accurately, striving for no controllable preventable losses. Understand and adhere to all applicable bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Perform special projects and additional duties as required, and complete required compliance trainings. Maintain compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Required Qualifications High School diploma, GED, HiSET, TASC, or foreign equivalent. Less than 2 years of customer service and sales experience.
