Salary: $60k - $70k plus Bonuses

HH Red Stone, a rapidly expanding Property Management Company, is searching for a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our property in Savannah, GA. If you have a strong background in maintenance trades and at least 3 years of supervisory experience in Multi-Family Housing, we want to hear from you. Your attention to detail, ability to multitask, and collaborative management style will make you an ideal candidate for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Skilled Maintenance
  • Perform a wide range of repairs in student housing buildings, including electrical, building maintenance, apartment turnover, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Team Management
  
  • Lead a team of maintenance technicians, handling tasks such as timekeeping, scheduling, performance evaluations, and training.
• Vendor Coordination:
  
  • Manage on-site vendors, ensuring their performance aligns with our high standards.
• Budget Oversight:
  
  • Provide recommendations on budget allocation, capital expenditures, and maintenance procedures to optimize property performance.
• Inventory Management:
  
  • Place orders for necessary parts and supplies to ensure efficient operations.
• Software Proficiency:
  
  • Utilize OneSite Property Management software to streamline the turnover process and oversee the work order process for occupied apartments.

Job Requirements:

• High school Diploma or GED.
• 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• 3-5 years of experience in residential maintenance.
• Preferred to be HVAC Certified
