North America VP of Sales & Growth

Keller Executive Search is assisting a client to hire a VP of Sales for North America. The role will own the North American sales function, leading a cross-functional team across specification sales, builder sales, inside sales, and channel management in the U.S. and Canada. The position reports to the President of Global Heating, with accountability to the CEO. The mandate focuses on growth and market expansion, building a scalable operating model and aligning with long-term revenue targets.
