This user-centric team member will contribute to the design of intuitive, consistent product experiences while balancing speed and business potential. You'll work directly with internal and external users to uncover needs, map workflows, and translate insights into clear, well-crafted design solutions. The role is involved in all aspects of the product development lifecycle, from discovery to delivery, with ownership of the corresponding design functions. You’ll partner with Lead Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders to create experiences that empower our users to achieve their goals and advance business outcomes.Job Responsibilities:Contribute to the end-to-end design lifecycle including discovery, user-flows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and design guidelines to improve user experience solutions. Present design decisions to our evolving design system, including pattern libraries, design principles, and guidelines, to ensure consistent, cohesive user experiences across the T-Ads product ecosystem.Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to refine and enhance requirements, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. Conduct qualitative and quantitative research with guidance from senior designers, including regular engagement with internal and external users to surface pain points and inform design decisions.Responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as neededEducation and Work Experience:Bachelor's Degree OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, Design, or related field. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
