A well-established organization in the crude oil and energy sector is seeking an experienced Division Order Supervisor (Direct Hire) to oversee division order activities, ownership records, title documentation, and royalty-related processes. This position is ideal for someone who combines strong crude oil division order expertise with the ability to lead a small team and take ownership of complex title and payment issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day division order activities while providing direction, training, and support to a small team of approximately 1-2 employees.
• Review title opinions, mineral and royalty deeds, assignments, wills, trusts, mergers, and related documentation to establish and maintain accurate ownership and Division of Interest records.
• Partner with royalty owners, operators, attorneys, landmen, accounting teams, and other stakeholders to research ownership discrepancies, address payment concerns, and resolve title-related matters.
• Monitor ownership and royalty changes, coordinate division order distributions, assist with unclaimed property matters, and ensure records are accurate, current, and properly maintained.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline preferred.
• 3-5+ years of crude oil, division order, land administration, royalty, or closely related oil & gas experience , with a strong understanding of ownership and title documentation.
• 1-3+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience preferred, including the ability to train employees, prioritize workloads, and maintain accountability.
• Experience with WolfePak or a comparable oil & gas accounting/land management system , along with strong communication, analytical, organizational, and deadline-management skills.

Location : Houston, TX - Onsite ( North of I69 and East of I610)

Schedule: Options: 9/80 (every other mon or friday off) OR 4.5 day weeks with 1/2 every friday

Salary: $95-115K base (DOE) (possible flex)

Bonus : 10-18%

Pay Details: $95,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year
