Responsibilities:

Greet clients warmly and manage the check-in and check-out process.

Schedule appointments and manage the booking system efficiently.

Provide information about our services and promotions to clients.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area.

Assist in managing inventory and retail products.

Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience.

Process payments and manage cash transactions accurately.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in a sales role preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in scheduling software and basic computer skills.

Positive attitude and a passion for grooming and self-care.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.

Previous experience in a salon or spa setting is a plus.
