We’re looking for someone who is smart and hard-working to work as an Accounting Clerk in our IP law firm. Serious candidate who is willing to commit to a long-term relationship is encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Work together and report to the Senior Accountant, Accounting Associate, Business Analyst, and Director of Operations Support day to day accounting operations of the legal services Generate and send all invoices to clients Assist with Account receivables Assist with Account payables Assist with Bookkeeping Communicate with clients re Overdue Ability to understand legal jargon and legal description of scope of work done by the law firm Requirements And Qualifications Must be very organized, detail oriented, and accurate Strong verbal and written communication skills Prefer accounting experience with Quickbooks, LEDES, and Google Sheet College degree in Accounting/Finance is preferred College Transcript with minimum of GPA 3.5 required Practice Areas Patent Trademark and Copyright IP Strategies, Licensing, and Management Practice Areas Patent Trademark and Copyright IP Strategies, Licensing, and Management #J-18808-Ljbffr NTIP
