LCSW ( Licensed Certified Social Worker)- Salem Clinic

1st Choice Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our healthcare team serving patients in our Highland and Salem clinics . This position works closely with our medical providers and healthcare staff to provide behavioral health assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapeutic services for children, adolescents, adults, and families. The goal of this role is to help improve psychosocial functioning and support overall patient wellness through integrated patient-centered care. Qualifications Master's Degree in Social Work Active and unrestricted LCSW license Experience with continuity of patient care planning Strong crisis intervention skills Knowledge of short-term brief intervention therapies Experience in Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment and familiarity with MOUD programs preferred Willingness to travel between clinic locations Additional Requirements Marijuana card holders are prohibited according to Arkansas Act 593 Facial piercings are not permitted Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr 1st Choice Healthcare, Inc.
