Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Bone Marrow Transplant to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer chemotherapy and monitor patient reactions.
• Perform nursing care for patients receiving stem cells transplants and CAR-T therapies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Float between BMT/Onc and CTU units as needed to meet facility demands.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care in Epic charting system.
• Participate in weekend rotations based on unit needs.

Qualifications

• Current AHA BLS certification.
• Valid CO or Compact RN License.
• ONC certification required.
• Minimum of 1.5 years of recent acute care BMT/Heme experience.
• Experience with chemotherapy administration and reviewing lab values.
• Comfortable working with flexible nurse-to-patient ratios and potential floating to sister facilities.
