2nd Shift Production Supervisor Production Supervisor Food Manufacturing New Holland, PA | $24$30/hr DOE | Full-Time Allegiance Staffing is hiring an experienced Production Supervisor for a leading food manufacturing company in New Holland, PA. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who knows how to motivate a production team, improve efficiency, and maintain high standards for safety, quality, and food production. What You'll Do Supervise, train, and motivate production employees to meet daily goals Oversee production workflow, quality, efficiency, and output Assign work and monitor employee performance and productivity Coordinate staffing and labor schedules while managing overtime Identify production issues and implement solutions to improve processes Develop and enforce SOPs, company policies, and plant procedures Monitor production results and provide daily shift reporting Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and customer requirements Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment Partner with management and other departments to resolve issues and achieve operational goals Work within collective bargaining agreement requirements where applicable What We're Looking For 24+ years of production supervisory or leadership experience Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment; food manufacturing or consumer packaged goods strongly preferred Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold production teams accountable Strong understanding of production efficiency, scheduling, quality, and safety Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills Comfortable using computers and production systems Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Degree preferred; equivalent manufacturing leadership experience will be considered Better Process School experience/certification is a plus Flexibility to work additional hours as production needs require Why Apply? $24$30/hr based on experience Full-time opportunity with an established food manufacturer Leadership role with direct impact on production performance Opportunity to improve processes and develop your team Stable, fast-paced manufacturing environment This position is a 3-4 month contract with the potential for long term hire.
