Parts Counter AssociateWe are searching for an experienced Parts Counter Associate for our Dealership in Salem, OR. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of Parts Counter experience in a dealership with brand training and experience. The Parts Counter Associate will receive calls as well as interact with individuals and repair shops, customers and technicians about their automotive parts needs. Our Parts Department is very busy and we need talented people to sell automotive parts, via phone, email and personal interaction. Customer service is our main priority, so you must be polished and professional at all times. You also need to be detail-oriented and a great sales person.Duties:Order, receive, and bill all partsMaintain proper storage of partsTake inventoryStock shelvesAssist retail customers, wholesale accounts and techniciansAssist with parts inventory management through bin counts and record keepingPick-up and delivery of parts from other dealerships/suppliersKeep department and work area orderly, neat, and cleanMaintain a superior level of customer serviceOther duties as directed by managementQualifications:Must be a customer-oriented, self-motivated team playerPrior dealership parts experience-brand specificComputer proficientValid Driver's License and clean, insurable, driving recordPre-employment background check, including drug screeningProfessional ReferencesFilters:Do you have a valid Driver's License with a clean, insurable, driving record?How many years of Dealership Parts Counter experience do you have?What brands?Are you computer proficient?If selected for an interview, will you be able to provide professional references that can verify your experience?Are you willing to submit to pre-employment background check including drug screen?Job Type: Full-time
