Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates considered
• Previous experience working in a school setting or with pediatric populations is highly valued
• Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management abilities
• Ability to manage a varied caseload, create IEPs, and work effectively with students, families, and staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify student speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, administrators, and families on student progress and accommodations
• Maintain thorough documentation, progress notes, and required reports
• Provide direct therapy services to students, both individual and group sessions
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide input for student support strategies
