Outpatient therapy setting Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, no weekend or holiday shifts 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day Treats patients of all ages across orthopedic and neurologic conditions Utilizes Epic for daily documentation and charting Performs therapeutic modalities including ultrasound, interferential, and iontophoresis Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible Responsibilities Patient evaluation, plan of care development, and treatment across orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses Objective testing for range of motion, strength, and functional task performance, as well as therapeutic taping Communicate with referring providers regarding patient progress and treatment recommendations Educate patients, families, caregivers, and other healthcare providers using appropriate teaching methods Supervise and monitor support personnel in accordance with legal and ethical standards Requirements Minimum 1 year of relevant physical therapy experience At least a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required Valid IL PT license required (if applicable) Current BLS certification (AHA) required Epic EMR experience required Candidates who have been on assignment with this health system for 1 continuous year must take a 6‑month break before returning (if applicable) Additional Information RTO not to exceed 7 days per 13‑week contract Interviews are conducted by facility leadership prior to selection Compensation & Benefits Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
