RN - Nursing Supervisor, Skilled Nursing Location: Elderwood at Ticonderoga Salary: $45.00 / hr Overview Elderwood Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced and compassionate Nursing Supervisor (RN) to lead clinical operations and support our nursing teams within our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing nursing care delivery during the assigned shift, supporting nursing staff across units, responding to clinical and operational needs, and ensuring exceptional resident care and service excellence.
