FASTSIGNS of Leander & Cedar Park is hiring a new member of our sales team!

We strive to provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with our customers. We are primarily B2B and believe it is our responsibility to help our customers look great — through both beautiful signage and the kind of service that makes sure their deadlines are met. What You'll Do
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will:

• Be the initial point of contact with both current and prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center — by phone, email, in person, and occasionally at the customer's place of business
• Learn to prepare estimates, write up work orders, and ensure the timely delivery of finished orders
• Guide customers through the entire project, from first estimate to final installation
• Turn prospects into long-term clients by building trust and lasting relationships
• Participate in daily team meetings and help execute our business and marketing plans
• Take an active role in the ongoing success of the FASTSIGNS Center

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Signage or print industry experience preferred
• Sales experience preferred, B2B experience a plus (inside, retail, or counter sales all welcome)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more)
• Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more)
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, such as signage
