Biological Laboratory Technician - Aerospace Medical Research (AMR5) ProSidian is seeking a part-time Biological Laboratory Technician to support requirements for Aerospace and Defense Sector Clients in Oklahoma City, OK. The ideal candidate will work as part of a team to support Aerospace Medical Research efforts and complete tasks contributing to deliverables and core mission functions. Responsibilities include: Processing incoming toxicology specimens Preparing biological samples for toxicological analyses Performing data entry for toxicology batches and cases Generating toxicology reports for review and signature Mailing out toxicology reports to appropriate recipients Maintaining and organizing toxicology case files Scanning batch and case paperwork for electronic storage Assisting chemists and toxicologists in daily operations and research projects Participating in the Laboratory’s accreditation process Preparing toxicology paperwork for FOIAs Requirements: Associate’s degree with coursework in Forensic Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related field 3 years related experience with an Associate’s degree; no experience required with a B.S. degree U.S. Citizenship Required Excellent oral and written communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Products ProSidian offers a competitive compensation package, including group medical, dental, and vision health insurance benefits, a 401(k) retirement savings plan, vacation and paid time-off benefits, and pre-tax payment programs.
