Job Responsibilities

• Design Personalized Care Plans: Assess patient needs and develop tailored therapy strategies that facilitate their achievement of specific goals
• Implement Effective Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-driven methods to boost patients' physical abilities, cognitive function, and overall daily activities
• Collaborate with Healthcare Providers: Work in tandem with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide well-rounded care
• Educate Patients and Families: Teach patients and their caregivers effective techniques to empower continued progress outside the clinical setting
• Document and Monitor Patient Progress: Evaluate clinical results and modify therapy plans as needed to keep patients on track

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized program
• Ongoing education or additional certifications are encouraged and supported

Licensure & Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• Current NBCOT certification is a must
