Field Service Specialist Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 24.00 to $ 30.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available

• Assist with the installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of field equipment.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Support wellsite operations while ensuring equipment is operating safely and efficiently.
• Monitor equipment performance and report operational issues.
• Complete service reports and required field documentation.
• Follow all company, customer, and regulatory safety standards.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in clean, serviceable condition.
• Work closely with supervisors and other field personnel to support daily operations.

Field Service Specialist Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous oilfield or field service experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Ability to work a 21 on 9 day off rotating schedule, as well as being on call

• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
