Job Summary A respected legal services organization is seeking an Attorney-Community Association Law for a direct hire opportunity in West Palm Beach, FL. This full‑time role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys client‑facing legal work, practical problem solving, and advising condominium, cooperative, and homeowners' associations on a wide range of legal matters. Key Responsibilities Provide legal guidance to condominium, cooperative, and homeowners' associations on community association matters. Analyze legal issues, conduct legal research, and prepare clear, well‑reasoned legal opinions. Draft, review, and amend governing documents, contracts, correspondence, and related legal materials. Prepare for and attend board meetings, membership meetings, and client consultations. Assist clients with enforcement of governing documents and provide practical legal solutions. Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive communication and professional counsel. Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $100,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Job type: Direct hire. Schedule: Full‑time, 37.5 hours per week. Comprehensive benefits package.
