Position Title: AI Software Engineer
Location: Arlington, VA
Clearance Requirements: Active Secret
Pay Rate/Salary: $150k/annum plus benefits

Position Description:
Join a leading organization as an AI Software Engineer dedicated to developing innovative artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize end-to-end AI systems that improve organizational efficiency and support data-driven decision-making. You will create scalable, secure, and maintainable applications, ensuring solutions align with client ecosystems and future growth. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to mission-critical projects on-site in Arlington, VA, leveraging cutting-edge technology in a dynamic environment.

Top Requirements:

4+ years of experience building production-grade applications with languages such as Python, Rust, Go, Scala, or Java
2+ years of experience designing, developing, or maintaining production RESTful APIs or software interfaces
Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins), source control (Git), and Linux systems
