This job posting is for a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney in Atlanta, GA to join the growing practice in the Downtown Atlanta office. This Trial Attorney will handle motor vehicle / automobile accident cases in litigation representing plaintiffs. The attorney will be responsible for trial prep and trial. Responsibilities Day-to-day handling of litigation cases Drafting and filing of litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions and memoranda Guide clients through the case process Interaction with expert witnesses including conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavits Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances Qualifications Law degree from a fully accredited law school An active member in good standing with the State Bar Ability to manage a high volume of litigation cases Excellent client service and communication skills Self-starter driven by long-term career goals Superior writing and oral advocacy skills #LI-CB2 Benefits Morgan & Morgan is a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting the people, not the powerful.
