Essential Duties

• Make outbound calls to prospective students to inform them about next steps, encourage them to register for admissions events, remind them about important dates and deadlines and prepare them for attending Angelo State.
• Log detailed call notes after each call in our CRM system and task appropriate staff member if follow up is required.
• Be knowledgeable about ASU's admissions processes and the opportunities we provide for students. Ensure each student's questions are answered or transfer calls to a professional admissions or financial aid counselor if they are available.
• Assist in preparing bulk mailings by labeling, bundling, and boxing.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Must be a registered student and attending classes
• Enthusiastic about ASU with the ability to tell captivating stories about your experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• General computer knowledge
• Must be able to work a minimum of 15 hours per week
• Must be available to work Monday – Thursday 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. and Friday 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Preferred Qualifications

Physical Demands - Sitting for long periods of time Lifting up to 20 lbs

Salary - $11.00/hr
