Stroke NP or PA - Inpatient and Outpatient

Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center is recognized as one of the highest-performing neurological care and stroke centers in the US. Our neurology team helps individuals and families through our multidisciplinary team approach, including physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, social workers, and a full array of support services.

We are looking for anexperienced PA/NP to join our stroke teamat our main campus in Lebanon, NH. This position will provide both inpatient and outpatient stroke care.

About the Role:

• Full-time with no nights or call

• Provide care to individuals and families suffering from stroke and other cerebrovascular diseases in both the inpatient and ambulatory settings.

• Collaborate with a dynamic team of APPs, attendings, medical students, residents, and fellows.

• Academic appointment at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth College

• Opportunities for additional teaching, research/QI, and stroke program growth and development.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited APRN or PA academic program

• National specialty certification

• Eligible for RN licensure in the State of NH (APRN only)

• Eligible for APRN or PA licensure in the State of NH

• Eligible for Federal DEA Registration

• At least two years of experience, preferably in neurology

• Stroke inpatient floors are staffed by our stroke-certified nursing team.
