Project Specialist

Responsibilities Support the Chair and Executive Committee to assist with the functions priorities Prepare Chair remarks, day of responsibilities, take meeting minutes and manage historical records for monthly partner meetings Help communicate and document organization and leadership changes Using InDesign, maintain leadership and organizational charts Anticipate the needs of the department to identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency Assist with the compensation and evaluation process for firm's partners Prepare spreadsheets, presentations and other reports for multiple firm committees Maintain and update charts and conduct ad hoc analysis to be used in leadership presentations Produce monthly management reports for leadership Conduct research, gather data, and provide insights to aid decision‑making processes Qualifications Must have a completed Bachelor's degree Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a law firm or professional services environment Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel (including complex formulas (pivots and v-lookups and advanced organizational features), basic skills in InDesign Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills Willingness and ability to develop a deep understanding of the company, organizational structure and leadership department Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable interacting with individuals at all levels #J-18808-Ljbffr
