About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Growth Officer to spearhead the commercial strategy and drive the company's growth and profitability. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and leading the commercial path to growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the company meets and exceeds revenue targets. This role requires a leader with a deep understanding of healthcare delivery, reimbursement models, and compliance in the digital health space, particularly at the intersection of cardiometabolic care and digital therapeutics. The Chief Growth Officer will also be tasked with managing the end-to-end sales process, partnering with marketing to develop effective strategies, and representing the company as a thought leader in the industry. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of executive leadership experience in scaling a B2B or B2B2C SaaS company, with a proven track record in commercializing digital health products. The role demands a strategic thinker who can pivot based on data insights, a strong negotiator with analytical skills, and a leader who can inspire and manage sales teams. Familiarity with CMS Access and government rural health initiatives is a plus. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in the digital health space, with the ability to maintain a competitive edge and drive market demand. A hands-on approach, a strong understanding of Salesforce, and the ability to work collaboratively across the organization are essential.
